How COVID-19 is Affecting the Property Market

We thought we would take this opportunity to update you on how the Corona Virus is affecting us in the Real Estate business.

All of our offices are still open for business and are considered to be an essential service. We are following governments legislated rules in our offices regarding social distancing, sanitising hands and commonly touched areas such as door handles, bench tops, keys etc.

We have been busy making ‘video show throughs’ and 3D photography of our clients properties to minimise any inspections in the near future. We believe this will definitely help us qualify our potential purchasers even better than before and limit any outside contact to your property in the process.

The conversations we’ve been having around the office at the moment is ‘Qualified buyers are still buying properties quickly’. We are still seeing properties under offer within hours of hitting the market and still receiving multiple offers from buyers on the one property. Prices are still holding strong.

We understand these are unprecedented times and no one can predict what is going to happen in the future but please be assured, we are still working hard to sell properties.

On a positive note we have placed 15 properties ‘Under Contract’ so far this month.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries, we are here to help and advise you in any way we can.

Take care & stay safe.
